There are things in your house
that are only stored there
because you
or someone else
put them there

The day you moved in

Six months ago, or
forty years ago

These things
they kind of work there
and kind of not

But there’s nowhere else to put them now
all other space being taken up

You would have to move everything out of your house
create a plan
then move everything back in
to find a different place
for those things

And that different place?
you may not even like it as well
as the old place
